- Before I get into all the details on how to get Washboard Abs I want to tell you a little about myself. I like to do other things than workout of course. I Love getting a whole bunch of friends together and having a football game. Also I party alot and have as much fun as I can. "Life is to short". I travel alot because my family is all over the world. Thats pretty much it. Ive been following these very techniques that im going to show you to get my Washboard Abs of my dreams. It took me about 8 months of Hard Work and dedication to get my Washboard Abs, but it was well worth it. Im getting all the girls and people are really noticing the difference between what I was and what I am now.
